Lesson 135: Priorities during Conflict

Within our immediate organization and the larger arena of our potential supporters, the key element of the communication system is visibility. Successful organizations all have good reporting and measuring systems that make all conflict within the organization visible. We do not want our competitive threats, problems, and challenges hidden within our organization. We also need strong visibility among our potential supporters. We need to use every tool at our disposal to communicate our message to those in our competitive arena whose support we desire.
